Parachutes

Fun day or night, parachutes are a expelled from a mortar tube either as a single-shot or as a multi-shot effect in a cake. The paper parachute will open and slowly fall back to earth. Some include strobes to create a more visible effect at night while some even include little army men that parachute to ground.
